Ministry Volunteers In Zimbabwe, Africa

Our church and our community continue to pray for our team detained in Zimbabwe. We have been infomed that they are in good spirits and have been treated well. However, costs and fees are mounting. If you want to contribute to assist us, please feel free to do so. We would be very grateful and all monies donated will directly contribute to our efforts to assist the team and our continued work to help Africans living with HIV/AIDS. Please click on the Donate Now button to make an online donation and designate "Where It Can Help Most". You can also print the mail in donation form and mail your donation. Please make all checks payable to Allen Temple Baptist Church AIDS Ministry. Thank you.

Blessings,
Reverend J. Alfred Smith, Jr.

National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

www.blackaidsday.org
National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NBHAAD) is an annual national HIV testing and treatment mobilization initiative that is designed to increase awareness, participation and support for HIV prevention, care and treatment among Black Americans. 2010 marked the 10th year of this event. The primary goal of NBHAAD is to motivate people to get tested and know their HIV status; get educated about the transmission modes of HIV/AIDS; get involved in their local community; and get treated if they are currently living with HIV or are newly diagnosed.
