What if I forgot my password?
- Go to My Allen Temple Personal Profile
- Click the link - Forget your password? Have it e-mailed to you.
- Enter the email address that is in your membership file with the church records. If your email address is outdated, or you have never given an email address to the church, then go to "How to add an email address to my church records?" and follow the instructions there.
- Click continue. (Note, only click continue once or you will be sent an email for every time you click continue.) If your email is on file in the church records, you will receive your password via email. If your email is not on file, you will get the message "There are no users with e-mail addresses in the criteria you selected." In this case, follow the instructions in "How to add an email address to my church records?"
- Allen Temple WebView will send you a password
- Go back My Allen Temple Personal Profile
- Login using the email address that you enter above, and the password that you received in the email.
- Once you have logged in, change your password to something that you can remember. Remember to change your password often and keep it in a safe place to avoid unauthorized access.
- If you are still having problems, submit a ticket to the Help Desk.
