Gloria Crowell is a Consultant, specializing in Organizational Development with organizations with budgets less than $100,000. Her focus is with Faith Based and HIV/AIDS Organizations. Gloria has over 20 years of experience working in the field of HIV/AIDS both domestically and globally. As an advocate for increasing HIV prevention strategies, Gloria has lobbied elected officials locally, nationally and globally to seek collaborative approaches.
Gloria has worked in multiple areas of Organizational Development including: community outreach, program planning, program design, board development & training, and meeting facilitation.
Additionally, Ms. Crowell is a Commissioner with the Alameda County Public Health and currently serves as the Chair of the Allen Temple Baptist Church AIDS Ministry where she provides oversight to both local HIV/AIDS Education and Prevention programs, daily hot meals for persons living with HIV and Global Treatment efforts in Zimbabwe providing FREE life saving AIDS medications to over 1100 patients.
