Doctor Malvina Victor Stephens has been in ministry with the staff of Allen Temple Baptist Church  for twenty-two years. Reverend Stephens serves as the director of Prison Ministry and Congregational Care. The Prison Ministry is actively engaged in nine facilities throughout California. Dr. Stephens has also sponsored a drug diversion program with the Haight-Ashbury Clinic and currently works to refurbish nine units donated to Allen Temple to be available for homeless ex-offenders. Dr. Stephens obtained her Associates Degree from Laney College and Merritt College, the Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University at Hayward, the Masters of Divinity from American Baptist Seminary of the West and earned her Doctorate in Ministry at the San Francisco Theological Seminary.
