Dear Allen Temple Family,

As our church family approaches the dates for the Prayer Revival (January 14 through 16), please join us in dedicating time in prayer and meditation seeking the will of Almighty God through Sunday, January 14. If possible, let's pray together during the 7am morning hour, 7pm evening hour or 12:00 noon time-frame.

Prayer Themes and Biblical Scriptures

Day 1 - Confession: Believe, God has the answers.
James 5:16 - New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)
Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective.

Day 2 - Humbleness/Surrender: Believe, God has the answers.
II Chronicles 7:14 - New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)
if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

Day 3 - Bow … unto the Father: Believe, God has the answers.
Ephesians 3:14-19 - King James Version (KJV)
For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Day 4 - Thanksgiving: Believe, God has the answers.
Psalm 65:1-2 - New International Version (NIV)
Praise awaits you, our God, in Zion; to you our vows will be fulfilled. You who answer prayer, to you all people will come.

Day 5 - Faithful: Believe, God has the answers.
Romans 12:12 - New International Version (NIV)
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

Day 6 - Trust: Believe, God has the answers.
Psalm 125:1 - King James Version (KJV)
They that Trust in the Lord shall be as Mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abided forever.

Day 7 - Peace: Believe, God has the answers.
Philippians 4:6 - King James Version (KJV)
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
